Who we are
Black Label Rentals LLC rents Sprinter vans out of Newnan, Georgia. This policy covers blrvans.com and the booking system behind it. Questions go to Chris at (912) 387-5523 or [email protected].
What we collect
- You give usName, email, mobile number, your dates and the van you want, and anything you type in the notes
- Before pickupA photo of your driver's license and proof of insurance, uploaded to your booking
- PaymentCard details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your card number
- AutomaticallyStandard web log information such as IP address, browser and pages viewed
What we use it for
To quote your rental, hold your dates, take your deposit, get you the van, and get it back. We use your email and mobile number to reach you about your own booking. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box on the booking form, we may text you about your rental: that we got your request, that it is confirmed, your deposit invoice, pickup and return reminders, and a request for feedback afterwards.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We only text people who gave us their number and ticked that box. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of renting. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to any message to stop them. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work the same way. Reply HELP or INFO for help, or call (912) 387-5523. If you opted out and want messages again, reply START or UNSTOP. You can also tell us to stop by phone or email, and we honor it however it reaches us. Who we share it with
Only the services that run the business, and each one only sees what it needs for its part:
- StripePayments, deposit invoices and refunds
- CloudflareHosts the site, stores your uploaded documents in private storage that only Chris's portal can open, and runs the bot check on the booking form
- ResendDelivers our booking emails
- TelnyxDelivers text messages, if you opted in
- SupabaseThe database that holds bookings
As stated above, text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our vans, or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
- License and insuranceDeleted automatically 30 days after your return date
- Booking and payment recordsKept as long as we need them for the rental, our taxes, and any dispute
- Your text consentKept with the date you gave it, for as long as we might text you
Cookies
The public site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. The bot check on the booking form (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set a short-lived cookie to tell people from bots. The owner's portal uses one sign-in cookie, and only Chris signs in there.
Your choices
- TextsReply STOP to any message, or call us
- EmailEmails about your own booking are part of the rental. Anything beyond that carries an unsubscribe link, and a reply saying stop works too
- See or deleteAsk us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it
Some records we have to keep, such as payment and rental history. Booking confirmations and safety information are part of the rental itself, so they are not marketing you can opt out of.
Children
Renting requires a driver 21 or older. This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we post the new version here and update the date at the top.
