The rental terms, the short version

The renter on this booking is the approved driver. Extra drivers are free, they just pass the same license and insurance checks before pickup. Every rental includes unlimited miles, anywhere in the lower 48.

Paying

Nothing is charged when you send this request. When Chris confirms, a 20% booking deposit locks your dates, and the rest is due at pickup. A $250 damage deposit is charged before pickup and refunded after the van comes back clean and on time.

Cancellation

Full refund up to 7 days before pickup. Inside 7 days, the booking deposit is kept.

On the road

Fuel goes out full and comes back full. Tolls and citations are the renter's responsibility during the rental. No smoking in the van, a cleaning fee applies. Drivers must be 21 or older with full coverage insurance.
